Terms of Service – The Valley Standard

1. Services Provided

The Valley Standard (“Company”) provides professional cleaning services, including:

• Deep cleaning

• Turnover cleaning (Airbnb & rental prep)

• Laundry services

• Restocking supplies
   

Services are outlined in each booking or service confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.

• New clients or special requests may require a deposit.

• Full payment must be completed at booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments are set at the time of booking.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of service may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

4. Property Condition & Access

• Clients must provide property access at the scheduled time.

• The space should be in a condition suitable for cleaning.

• If the property is unsafe, excessively disorganized, or not in acceptable condition, the Company may cancel or reschedule without refund.

• Additional charges may apply for extreme conditions.

5. Liability & Damage

• The Company is insured and takes reasonable care while cleaning.

• Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.

• The Company is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Issues caused by the client or others

6. Photographs & Documentation

• By booking, clients grant permission for The Valley Standard to take photos or videos of services performed.

• These may be used for documentation, quality assurance, or marketing (e.g., website, social media).

• Client privacy will always be respected, and personal details will not be shown without consent.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• The Company is committed to protecting client privacy.

• No personal or identifying information will be shared without explicit permission.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

• All payments are final.

• If you are unsatisfied, we will provide a re-clean at no additional cost.

• Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

• Any disputes will be handled within the appropriate Arizona jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

• The Company may update these Terms at any time.

• Clients will be notified of material changes.
